Custom Letterpress Invitations & Stationery in Atlanta

Its been over a year now since we have talked about ourselves around here. We have so many new faces, and wanted to share with you all a bit about us and what all we offer here at The Impressionist Studio.

We are truly a place of many specialties and services. The studio as a whole has a design first mindset. As graphic designers, and lovers of the process of letterpress printing, each detail is important from design to printing and assembly.

From the moment you inquire about our services, we are here to help guide you in designing one of a kind letterpress printed invitations, business cards, event invitations, and almost anything we can dream up together.

Meeting us in person

Before the Impressionist was Alee & Press our in-house print shop, but just over a year ago we opened up our doors for one-on-one meetings with clients just like you, from brands to brides, mom's to be, and everyone in between. Designing unique and custom letterpress paper goods is the essence of The Impressionist, and why we love what we do.

Our consultations are one-on-one meetings with one of our designers and printers. For us, it is important to dream with you. And what better way to make that happen than to sit down with a designer who will be designing and creating it with you from the very start through printing on the letterpress and the final details of tying on the ribbon.

Our Specialties:
custom wedding invitations, custom save-the-dates, letterpress business cards, mitzvah invitations, letterpress branding materials, letterpress paper goods, letterpress baby announcements

Our Design Process

After meeting with one of our designers we will begin your first of three of proofs included in your initial quote. This allows us to show you design, typeface, and color options in the first round. Based on your feedback we will tailor the next round to fit your event or brand esthetic. The final round is typically tiny adjustments to get things just right.

We offer highly custom letterpress printed goods without your standard customization charge. All colors, fonts, and layouts can be completely customized without any additional fees.

*However to clarify, custom artwork and adding additional colors is does include additional fees.

In-House Printing + Production

Each step of the process is important to us. Which is why we do as much in house as possible. All of our letterpress printing is done in-house and is printed on our Vandercook proofing press or Original Heidelberg. We line every envelope, bind each booklet and tie every sting right in our studio. Ensuring each element is hand-crafted and made to meet our standards.

We hope to meet you soon!

xoxo, The Impressionist
